Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of LivingTrack, a membership platform operated by Strategic Solutions by Jeanette Moss ("Strategic Solutions," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using LivingTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LivingTrack provides personal wellness tracking tools (food, macros, water, movement, body measurements, journal, goals, habits, medications, progress photos, and calendar) together with Elle, an AI coaching companion that can read and record your tracking information through text or voice conversation.

LivingTrack and Elle provide wellness tracking, coaching, and educational support only. Elle is an artificial intelligence and is not a physician, dietitian, therapist, or other licensed professional. Nothing in the service is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor–patient relationship is created. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, medications, or supplements, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something Elle said. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You retain ownership of the content you enter and upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.
• You may edit or delete your individual records at any time, directly or by asking Elle.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Tracking decisions you make based on your data are your own.

• Subscription: LivingTrack membership is $59 per month (introductory price), billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. There is no free trial.
• Renewals: your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time through the "Manage subscription" link on your Billing page, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days (336 hours) of that payment using the refund option on your Billing page. No reason or feedback is required. A refund cancels your subscription immediately and ends Paid access; your saved history is kept. The guarantee applies to the first payment only. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
• Price changes: we may change the subscription price for future customers or future billing periods. Existing subscriptions keep their current rate unless we notify you in advance of a change, in which case you may cancel before it applies.
• Your history is preserved: canceling or being refunded ends access but does not delete your tracking history or Elle conversations.

Access may be granted as Paid, Complimentary, Manual, or Owner membership. Complimentary and Manual memberships are granted and revoked at our discretion and are not affected by payment events. All membership types receive the same customer features unless we state otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or access another customer's account or data.
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or membership restrictions.
• Upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts it for others.

We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

Elle can make mistakes, mishear voice input, or misread uploaded screenshots. Review important entries (such as macro numbers) before confirming them. Nutrition or recipe figures shown in the Food Guide & Recipes section come from the source material provided and are estimates, not guarantees.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategic Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make about your health, diet, or exercise. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. We will update the date above when terms change, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify members. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
